VK Messages Fix - Restore Manual Management of Unread Status for Incoming Messages

With the update to the messaging system in March 2014, two changes were introduced that have received mixed feedback from users. VK Messages Fix offers an optional solution to revert these changes and regain control over the read status of messages. Users can manually manage the read status by using the mouse, starting text input, or by pressing Ctrl/Shift. Additionally, the add-on allows users to restore the sound notification for incoming messages.

Please note that this add-on is still under development, but it provides users with the ability to either disable all the new changes or modify the behavior of the new interface.
